What you'll do… This is a door-to-door sales role where you'll: • Foster genuine conversations with customers about The Modern Milkman at the doorstep, • Build meaningful relationships and win new customers who love sustainable, farm-fresh produce (as much as we do!), • Supporting our mission and helping to reach key growth goals, • Take ownership of your KPI’s and targets to grow your earnings What we're looking for… • Based in Swindon or within commutable distance (travel is part of the role) ideally with a UK valid driving licence, • Excellent communication skills with a warm, engaging manner, • Self-motivated to reach and exceed targets, • Resilient and able to handle rejection, • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative, • Happy to be out and about and on foot every day, in all weather!, • No sales experience necessary (although beneficial) - we'll train and support you (we’re excited to help you achieve!), • Experienced in customer facing roles, hospitality, retail What Makes You Stand Out: • Passionate about sustainability and making a positive environmental impact, • Enjoys connecting with people and getting people excited about our mission, • Entrepreneurial mindset and willing to work hard to earn more, • Hungry to hit targets and progress quickly Why The Modern Milkman…? • Serious growth opportunity: Grow from Brand Ambassador to an experienced performer with higher earning tiers as you hit consistent targets, • Be part of a success story: We are a rapidly scaling company backed by real funding and hundreds of thousands of customers already on board Interview Process Screening Call > Hiring Manager/ People Team Call > Task Based Assessment (A short 5 Minute Presentation) Due to the high volume of applications, it might take us a little longer to get back to you.
