We have a vacancy for a driver/fitter in our Morden branch. Must hold a full, clean UK driving licence. Knowledge of tools is an advantage but full training will be provided. Working hours: Monday to Friday 07.00 - 15.00

We’re looking for a dependable and trust worthy driver. Qualifications are not needed for this position but we do prefer van driving experience and for the candidate to hold a Full UK drivers Licence for 1+ years. Requirements: • 1–3 years driving experience preferred, • Bonus if you have experience driving a van, • Full UK driving licence, • Flexible and open to working weekends Role Details: • Starting at £12 per hour (negotiable based on experience), • Approximately 24 hours per week (could be less depending on the timetable for the week), • Start location: Cobham, KT11 1DE, • Duties include delivering and dropping off carpets and equipment to various sites, • Role may also include chauffeuring when required, • Role will include manual labour loading carpet and equipment in and out of the van.

What we are looking for : • Team player, enthusiastic and energetic., • Due to the nature of our work, you must be able to work unsociable hours including early mornings and during the night., • Sundays are our busiest days and these are essential working days., • Minimum 4 days availability from Sunday to Thursday. This role involves driving the van, assisting with mechanical work, and helping create content by filming and photographing jobs for social media. Requirements: You must have a minimum of 4 years No Claims Bonus. You must hold a full UK driving licence. You must be confident driving vans in London and surrounding areas. You must be handy with tools and capable of basic mechanical tasks including batteries, brakes, and basic fitting work. You must be comfortable using a phone or camera for filming. You must be willing and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions. You must be reliable, punctual, and organised. You must be physically fit for mobile work. Duties: You will drive the van between job locations. You will load and unload tools and equipment. You will assist the mechanic with tools and basic tasks. You will film and photograph jobs for social media and YouTube. You will set up and pack away tools and camera equipment. You will keep the van and tools clean and organised. You will provide general support to the business as needed. Ideal Candidate: You are practical and proactive. You learn quickly. You are not put off by cold or wet weather.
