OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE The ideal candidate will be a new Sales Executive or Manager with 3-5 years experience in advertising and digital media space to develop new businesses with video game publishers and brands. It is a green-field opportunity for someone who has strong connections in the video games industry. To be successful, you must have a good understanding of advertising in social media platforms such as Youtube, Tiktok and Facebook. SCOPE OF JOB • Drive the sales of advertising media on platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Google, and other relevant channels within the gaming, and e-commerce industries., • Cultivate strong relationships with clients, develop tailored marketing plans based on customer requirements and consumer trends, and negotiate and secure partnerships with merchants., • Monitor market dynamics closely and proactively adjust sales strategies to ensure the attainment of sales targets and marketing objectives., • Implement refined operational management practices, establish effective management mechanisms, and drive timely resolution of operational issues. This role is ideal for someone passionate about nightlife, Latin culture, and storytelling through video and photography. About the Role You will capture, edit, and produce high-impact content that showcases the atmosphere and energy of Bola 8. You will work onsite during events, collaborate with the wider team, and deliver polished visuals that support our weekly marketing strategy.
