  We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Office Manager to join our team. As a Property Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities: Setting and collecting rent and other fees from tenants Conducting property valuations Managing the property’s finances, including accurate record-keeping and tax payments Hiring and supervising staff employed on the property Ensuring regular building upkeep, addressing tenant complaints, and coordinating maintenance schedules Handling tenant screenings, evictions, and enforcing occupancy rules Advertising units and negotiating lease and Rent terms Qualifications: Excellent communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft programs Knowledge of the lettings industry Ability to travel throughout the area for property management tasks If you are passionate about real estate and thrive in a dynamic environment, we encourage you to apply.
