Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Lettings Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be sourcing properties throughout London. Must have experience in procuring properties. Duties • To source properties in required areas for the business., • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the local property market trends and regulations., • Carry out check ins and check outs. Skills • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey information to clients., • Strong organisational skills to manage multiple properties and client relationships simultaneously., • Have minimum 1 year experience in the property industry.
