Sous-chef: £13-15 per hour (Wage varies depending on experience and skillset) Are you passionate about delivering exceptional culinary experiences in a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere? We are currently hiring for the following positions: Responsibilities: • Assisting the Head Chef in preparing and presenting high-quality tapas dishes., • Supervising the kitchen staff, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation., • Monitoring food production and maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene and safety., • Collaborating with the culinary team to create new and innovative tapas recipes., • Managing inventory and ordering supplies as needed. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a sous-chef in a tapas restaurant., • In-depth knowledge of Spanish and Mediterranean cuisine., • Excellent leadership and organizational skills., • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully., • Culinary degree or relevant certification preferred. Minimum required experience: 6 months Spanish speakers are preferable for all positions to enhance our guests' experience and maintain the authenticity of our restaurant.
