You will assist in creating seasonal, freshly prepared menus using, seasonal ingredients from the best suppliers, maintain and raise the profile of the food, be open to innovation, working collaboratively to support and implement environmental initiatives (energy, water and food waste) at The Roebuck, lead and nurture a small kitchen team ensuring high levels of staff retention and progression and have full responsibility for health and safety in the kitchen.

Collaborate on internal external projects around sustainability, on occasion representing the pub at events to help build on our reputation.
