Key Responsibilities: • Serving drinks and snacks, • Collecting, cleaning, and putting away glasses, • Cleaning and restocking the bar area, • Performing cellar duties, • Handling payments and managing money, • Supervising the floor area *Main duties may vary depending on your specific job role/position. Essential Requirements: • Bar/Restaurant experience, • A strong, friendly, and approachable character, keen to entertain, interact, and converse with customers., • Strong communication skills, • Positive attitude, • Attention to detail, • Organisational skills, • Strong observational skills Work Schedule & Location: We have Full-time and Part-time positions available. A live-in option may also be offered. Candidates must reside in South London, or be able to reliably commute, as some shifts may extend beyond midnight.
