Sales Administrator Join our vibrant team of 4 office staff at this busy event catering company. We are small but bespoke with some very prestigious clients and venues looking for the right candidate with a passion for food. Some experience in hospitality would be great but is not essential. We are looking for an individual with outstanding organisation and communication to become our new sales administrator. The role includes the management of incomingenquiries, preparing quotations and guiding our clients through the booking process. The sales administration position requires a confident telephone manner, experience in customer service and excellent computer skills. Your duties will include: • Provide general assistance to the sales team • Process client information on our dedicated booking system (training provided) • Input data into spreadsheets • Carrying out general clerical duties • Answer client queries over the phone in a professional and engaging manner • Outstanding written and verbal communication • Familiar with managing word documents and spreadsheets. SUMMARY OF POSITION Clays floor teams are collaborative with a group of highly skilled individuals who are heavily cross trained. Clays offer a unique experience and we therefore have a unique role and requirements, this is where our Shoot Captains come in. Our Shoot Captains are the soul of our competitive socialising experience. You will bring the experience to life for our guests. For this role, We are looking for exuberant individuals with big personalities who always bring the fun and positive energy. You will run a section of our gaming pegs and control the entire guests journey for multiple groups throughout the operation. Previous hosting experience will really help you in this role. You will be expected to introduce the game, set guests up on the system and get them started. Show them how to use our Food & Beverage kiosks and support them in food and drinks orders. As well as ensuring that they are looked after with our 12 steps of service at every stage of their experience. You will understand our bookings system and how to manage the entire bookings journey, whilst also being an expert in our food & beverage operations, ensuring service is delivered to all gaming pegs in your section. You will be a critical piece of the front of house team, always looking for opportunities to enhance the guest experience, giving hints tips and guidance, driving peoples competitive spirit and engaging them in the game. Our Shoot Captains will be able to develop a rapport with the guest throughout their entire experience and leave them with a smile on their face, knowing your name and looking forward to come back. CASUAL HOURS // PART TIME TO FULL TIME WEEKS THROUGHOUT THE SUMMER - **Grill masters and frying gurus come and and join our 2024 events team at Nanny Bill’s!! **Kicking off in May our food truck and gazebo set up will be travelling the UK. - You will need to be more than comfortable in a kitchen environment, grilling and frying is what we do! - Used long days and super fast paced service. We’re a high volume trader! - Events & festival experience will be a benefit to anyone applying. - High energy, super friendly and fun vibes is what we bring to our events circuit (As well as good music and banging burgers of course!!). You will need to bring the same! - Majority of the events are long weekend and will include staying away, sometimes in a camping environment - you will need to be comfortable living the “on the road” lifestyle.
