We are looking for Head Chef for our Soho restaurant. Someone with strong leadership, a team player with positive attitude who will be taking full control of our Kitchen. Previous experience on a similar role needed. Our kitchen is focused on prime cuts of Spanish and British meat, and also offers a list of vibrantly authentic, traditional tapas.

We are looking for an experienced Italian speaking sous chef to join our team in Portobello Road that offers authentic Roman cuisine. The perfect candidate will have experience working in similar position, and will show a passion for perfection. The role also involves being responsible for the health and safety in the kitchen, maintaining high standards and being fully compliant with health and safety laws. This is a full time role. WHAT WE LOOK FOR: We are looking for an experienced (minimum 1 year in similar role) and ambitious Junior Sous Chef. The right candidate has a passion for leading a team through guidance and training. You should have passion for food and showcasing great ingredients. This is a Production based role, you will be supporting the Head and Sous Chef. Your job roles will include taking care of placing the food orders and ensuring that all produce is put away and stored correctly we use the best produce nature has to offer and have a top tier list of suppliers we take a lot of pride in ensuring were sourcing our food from ethical, responsible sources. You will also be expected in assisting on running the day to day operations as well as arguably the most important factor up keeping the high food standards and compliance. We make large quantities of fresh and filled pasta daily along with the sauces from the current menu which changes monthly to make sure were getting the best of the seasons. We are looking for an experienced breakfast chef to cover a 6 week holiday for a coffee shop / cafe a easy kitchen set up. Shifts are a mixture with two/three weekdays off and working times are 7am - 5pm weekdays with a break and 9.30am - 5.30pm / 6pm. Working one week in hand with payment made the following weekend direct with Bacs and will have training from our main chef.

The head chef needs an assistant to help prepare the food. It's a nice restaurant in the heart of Paddington, nice Mediterranean food and not too big of a restaurant so it does not get crazy busy.
