Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. - Minimum of 5 years’ experience in contract management within the construction industry. - Strong knowledge of construction contracts, laws, and regulations. - Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. - Proficient in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Preferred Qualifications: - Professional certification in contract management (e.g., CPCM, CCCM). - Experience with large-scale construction projects. - Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
