Our client based on the outskirts of Ilminster in Somerset is a successful, growing, and ambitious organisation providing manufacturing services to clients around the globe. They are a forward thinking company with innovative plans to develop in the future.

To help our client maintain and develop current and future customer needs they are now looking to recruit temporary skilled Team Members in their various shopfloor departments on various shifts, including days and nights. The role will involve operating a number of different engineering manufacturing machines in our production department and to provide general operational support.

To also ensure that ongoing compliance with all health & safety, environmental polices & procedure is followed and adhered to.

The duties will include:

· To receive and check materials for production

· To set machine in accordance with requirements

· To operate a range of engineering manufacturing machinery

· To check and ensure quality of product is to standard

· To complete records and documentation as required

· To ensure an effective handover to following shift where appropriate

· To work flexibly as part of the manufacturing team and to support other team members as required
