As Senior Sous Chef, you will work closely with the Head Chef in all aspects of the kitchen operation, helping lead the brigade while maintaining the high standards the property is known for. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to a strong Sous Chef ready for more responsibility or an experienced Senior Sous Chef looking for a fresh challenge within a respected gastro pub environment.
