Duties • Support the day-to-day administrative functions of the business and assist various departments across the organisation., • Manage emails, calendars and meeting schedules using Microsoft Outlook., • Prepare professional documents, reports and presentations using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint., • Update and maintain customer records and company databases using internal CRM systems., • Assist with processing business documentation, purchase orders and general office administration., • Coordinate meetings, training sessions and internal communications., • Provide excellent customer service by responding to telephone and email enquiries in a professional manner., • Support project administration for the IT team by tracking tasks, documentation and deadlines., • Organise and maintain digital filing systems to ensure company records remain accurate and accessible., • Work closely with experienced colleagues to develop knowledge of business operations and the technology sector., • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive business information professionally., • Complete apprenticeship coursework and attend any required training sessions. Experience • Recently completed A-Levels (or equivalent qualifications)., • Applicants must include their UCAS points on their CV as part of the application process., • No previous office or administration experience is required—full training will be provided., • Strong computer skills with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint)., • Excellent written and verbal communication skills., • A professional, enthusiastic and positive attitude with a willingness to learn., • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail., • Good time management and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively., • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team., • An interest in business administration and the IT industry. This paid apprenticeship offers a starting salary of £24,420 per annum, a fully funded Business Administration qualification, ongoing mentoring, career development opportunities and the chance to gain valuable experience within a growing IT organisation.
