Our client is seeking an experienced Field Sales BD Manager, the role is offered as a permanent full time position. Salary: £30,000 to £40,000K pa – depending on sales experience - fully expensed hybrid 24 reg car – personal mileage permitted
Bonus: paid twice a year, annually up to 12% of basic salary (KPI related)
Bonus paid based on company sales
Hours: core hours 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
Requirement to cover phone out of hours on a rota basis
Location: ideally candidate would be based in Essex, SE London
Must have full UK license – max 3 points
Must be 25 or over
Territory: Essex, London, parts of Kent – some countryside
Benefits: holiday - rising to 25 days + BH with service

4 x DIS This role requires an experienced Field Sales BD Manager adept at booking face to face meetings, retaining and gaining new business opportunities. Field Sales BD Manager duties Arrange and book appointments for face to face site visits with customers.
Set strategy, track, and deliver sales account targets, aligned with company objectives.
Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
Develop positive relationships with existing customers
Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
Provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
Establish and grow relationships with our preferred suppliers
Have a proven track record within a sales environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
An ability to deliver projects on time and to budget.
Knowledge of CRM software, MS Office and virtual meeting platforms
