Experienced Cocktail Bartender / Mixologist Location: 240 Haverstock Hill, London, NW3 2AE Employment: Full-time / Part-time About Us A Mediterranean restaurant and rooftop cocktail bar in Belsize Park, London. We offer an extensive cocktail menu, premium spirits, wines and a vibrant atmosphere for dining, celebrations and private events. We are looking for an experienced, confident and professional Cocktail Bartender to join our team. Key Responsibilities • Prepare and serve a wide range of classic, signature and premium cocktails to a consistently high standard., • Work confidently with our extensive cocktail menu, including Martinis, Margaritas, Spritzes, Sours, Mojitos and frozen cocktails., • Prepare our signature cocktails, including Pistachio Sour, Tiramisu Martini, Hampstead Green, Godfather Avenue and Cherry Temptation., • Deliver fast, accurate service during busy evenings, weekends and private events., • Follow cocktail recipes, correct measurements, garnishing and presentation standards., • Prepare fresh ingredients, syrups, purées and cocktail garnishes., • Maintain a clean, organised and fully stocked bar., • Manage stock rotation, minimise wastage and follow portion control procedures., • Recommend cocktails, premium spirits and wines to guests., • Operate the EPOS system and process customer orders accurately., • Follow UK alcohol licensing requirements, Challenge 25 and responsible alcohol service procedures., • Work closely with the floor team to ensure smooth service. Skills and Experience Required • Minimum 2 years of professional cocktail bartending experience preferred., • Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails., • Experience working in a busy cocktail bar, restaurant or premium hospitality venue., • Confident using cocktail shakers, mixing glasses, strainers, blenders and professional bar equipment., • Good knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines and cocktail ingredients., • Ability to prepare multiple cocktail orders quickly without compromising quality., • Strong understanding of cocktail presentation and garnishing., • Excellent communication and customer service skills., • Reliable, punctual and comfortable working evenings and weekends., • Good knowledge of bar hygiene and safety standards. Cocktail Knowledge Expectations Applicants should already be confident preparing popular cocktails from our menu, including: Espresso Martini, Pornstar Martini, Lychee Martini, Cosmopolitan, Negroni, Old Fashioned, Whiskey Sour, Mojito, Margarita, Tommy's Margarita, Picante Margarita, Piña Colada, Daiquiri, Mai Tai, Long Island Iced Tea and Aperol Spritz. Experience preparing frozen cocktails, mocktails and premium signature cocktails is also important.
