Guest Experience Supervisor We’re looking for a Guest Experience Supervisor with warm, confident energy and strong presence on the floor. You’ll support the Managers as number two, lead the team during service, and ensure every guest has a great experience. You’ll be responsible for opening or closing shifts, maintaining service standards, handling guest interactions, and completing a clear end-of-night report. You must be organised, reliable, and confident guiding a team in a fast-paced environment. You should also be comfortable being on camera and supporting social media content, helping drive the brand’s energy and visibility. Previous hospitality experience is essential. Social media/content experience preferred.
