- Prepare pizzas out of our menu and based on custom orders - Make fresh tomato, pesto and white cream saucesWash and chop vegetables (for example, tomatoes, peppers, onions and mushrooms) - Cut, slice and grill meats like chicken, ham - Monitor food stock and place orders, as needed - Use traditional ingredients to appeal to a larger audience (for example, vegan cheese and gluten-free flour) - Cook appetizers, like mozzarella sticks, pizza bites, garlic breads and salads - recommend new recipes to update our menus - maintain a clean cooking station and sterilize equipment

Seeking high energy, experienced kitchen staff to join the Nanny Bills events team! This role is travelling all over London and the UK serving premium burgers to the hungry patrons of sporting events, music festivals and much more! We serve Burgers, Fries with vibes on the side! The graft: It’s a casual contract so can be full time or part time, depending on what hours you can do and our bookings that week. Being flexible with your availability – Sometimes we get offered events very last minute so being free is key! Be built different! Being comfortable living a travelling lifestyle – Doing events we are constantly on the go. You will need to be open to travelling far and wide, whether it’s inside or outside of London! Bringing the energy whatever the weather! We work in our food truck, gazebo or trailer setups. We have shelter but we are often outside. Bring your muscles - We set up our kitchens on site so you will need to be hands on get stuck in! There will lifting, shifting and sometimes light building involved. Elbow Grease – Time to lean, time to clean. We have super high H&S standards so elbow grease for cleaning throughout service, setting up and packing down is essential! Other Deets: If you’re a driver or have a vehicle - that would be a huge plus!! Advanced training will be offered, usually set over 2 week period in one of our London locations to make sure you’re confident when we hit the event. We are looking for a daytime Chef for our restaurant in Newington Green. We are opening for lunches from Thursday to Sunday at our first permanent location and the job will require someone who can be very organised and help deliver incredible seasonal dishes for lunchtime. Experience is necessary and a hands-on approcah is required, being responsible for prep and services. This role will have plenty of room to learn and grow as we look to expand our opening hours, lots of new opportunities will arise. We are a small, independant business and need a Chef who can work well in a tight knit team, show initiative and maintain a high standard in the kitchen.
