We are looking for part time Experienced Bartender, You must have at least 1 years experience. You must be abel to make classic cocktails. Immediate start. You will be tested on a number of recipes before you start. Must be fluent in English. Shift pattern is Mainly Friday and Saturday nights and some midweek nights £13.00to £14.50 ph depending on experience.

We are seeking a driven Bartender to join the Claridge’s team. Main Duties & Responsibilities As a Bartender you will be responsible for: Creating memorable experiences for our guests, simultaneously ensuring that service is prompt and professional. Having a complete, but expanding, knowledge of our cocktails, wines by the glass, spirits and beers and a thorough understanding of our food menu items. Guiding the guests individual experience with your knowledge of the menus and wine lists, giving them a glimpse of their upcoming dining experience. Being leaders behind the bar, mentoring junior team members and sharing your knowledge. Leading a section and following the steps of service on the bar floor and assisting in the dining room when necessary. Handling complaints in a timely and efficient manner. Ensuring that licensing laws, health and safety legislation is adhered to. Entry Requirements Successful candidates for our Bartender opportunity will: Demonstrate genuine dedication to Claridge’s and show a commitment to consistent quality in our product and service. Provide intuitive service, with absolute understanding of our guests needs to create exceptional service experiences, that result in lasting memories Be motivated, creative and have worked in a similar role, within a five star or fine dining environment.
