Ensure the highest standards of quality and consistency in every cup, maintaining mastery over brewing techniques, milk texturing, and latte art. Engage with customers warmly and knowledgeably, providing recommendations, answering questions, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Demonstrate a deep understanding of coffee origins, flavor profiles, and brewing methods, sharing your passion and expertise with customers and colleagues alike. Uphold cleanliness and organization standards in the café, including equipment maintenance, workstation sanitation, and inventory management. Collaborate with team members to uphold café policies and procedures, contributing to a positive and cohesive work environment. Qualifications: Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role, preferably in a specialty coffee setting. Proficiency in espresso extraction, milk steaming, and latte art, with a keen eye for detail and consistency. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage customers warmly and represent the café brand positively. Strong multitasking abilities, capable of managing a high-volume environment while maintaining quality and efficiency. A passion for coffee and a desire to continuously learn and grow in the craft, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
