We are looking for a talented and passionate Indian Chef to join our team and bring the authentic flavors of India to our kitchen. The ideal candidate will have expertise in traditional and regional Indian cuisines, with a flair for creating modern, innovative dishes. If you are a culinary artist with a deep understanding of spices, techniques, and Indian food culture, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Indian dishes with a focus on quality, presentation, and taste. Maintain high standards of hygiene and kitchen safety. Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menus and specials. Ensure consistency in food preparation and flavor profiles. Manage inventory and order supplies as needed. Train and mentor junior kitchen staff. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Indian Chef or similar role in a reputable restaurant. In-depth knowledge of Indian cuisine, including regional specialties. Ability to manage and motivate a kitchen team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and time-management skills. Culinary degree or certification preferred, but not mandatory. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
