Health & Safety • Follow all Health and Safety, Food Hygiene, and COSHH (Control of Substances Hazardous to Health)regulations., • Wear correct personal protective equipment (PPE): gloves, non-slip shoes, apron, hair covering., • Be aware of fire exits, extinguishers, and emergency procedures., • Report any accidents, injuries, or hazards immediately to a supervisor. 4. End-of-Shift Duties • Ensure all washing-up is completed and areas are clean and sanitized., • Check and clean drains, sinks, and filters., • Empty bins and replace liners., • Turn off and clean dishwashing machines., • Return all cleaning equipment to storage., • Prepare the kitchen for the next shift. 5.
