The Kitchen is small but well organised and gets very busy at peak times. ** Responsibilities** Weekly deep cleaning and general day to day open-close cleaning Ability to work quickly and be adaptable Basic food preparation Compliance with all statutory regulations and legislation Food safety and hygiene preferred but not essential Experience required 16-30 hours a week (mostly weekend work but additional shifts available for someone willing and able to learn additional kitchen skills). Open 7 days a week, Kitchen opening hours 9-3 weekdays. 9-4 Saturday and 9.30-3.30 Sunday. Occasional evenings and additional hours required.
