We are looking for a professional, high-energy bartender with excellent communication skills to serve classical cocktails and exciting new beverages to our customers. The bartender will greet customers, learn about their preferences, answer questions, recommend menu items, and prepare and serve beverages and food. You will also upsell items, create recipes, utilize proper equipment and ingredients, and handle basic cleaning duties.

Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to the menu and customer preferences. Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient food production and timely service. Maintain strict adherence to food safety regulations and hygiene standards. Supervise and train kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and motivated team environment. Develop new recipes and menu items, incorporating seasonal ingredients and trends. Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and minimising waste. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery. Monitor kitchen equipment for proper functioning and arrange repairs as needed.

We are looking for a skilled Waiter or Waitress to take orders and deliver food and beverages to our customers. The right Waiter/Waitress uplifts the dining experience for customers. We are looking for someone who will have the patience, personality and perseverance to thrive in this role. Waiter/Waitress responsibilities include greeting and serving customers, providing detailed information on menus, multi-tasking various front-of-the-house duties and collecting the bill. If you are able to perform well in fast-paced environments, we’d like to meet you. To be a successful Waiter or Waitress, you should be polite with our customers and make sure they enjoy their meals. Documenting each morning what the Head Chefs require before they prepare the day’s dishes Cleaning and organising the food preparation area for the Head Chef Delivering the ingredients that the Head Chef needs to prepare to the food preparation area Ensuring the Line and Prep Cooks prepare the dishes according to the Head Chef’s specifications and standards Training new kitchen employees on the restaurant’s standards and regulations Addressing and resolving diners’ and clients’ complaints quickly Monitoring the kitchen area and the staff to ensure sanitation standards are maintained Ensuring all food products to be prepared are not expired

Managing bookings, either in person, over the phone, or online Providing waiting times to customers who are not pre-booked Creating an appropriate atmosphere for guests that’s in line with the restaurant or bar’s image or branding Providing a point of contact for customer feedback and helping to resolve any customer issues Providing personalised service and assistance for large parties of guests and VIPs Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are met in the front of house area Assisting with the opening and closing of the restaurant Learning the food and beverage menu
