We are currently seeking a Head Waiter/Waitress to join our Front of House team at Oswald’s, with the opportunity to earn up to £50,000 p/a. What you will do: • Ensuring a fast and efficient service is provided to members and their guests.To be fully conversant with the table lay-up and mise-en-place prior to, during and after service., • Welcome guests warmly and ensure an exceptional fine‑dining experience from arrival to departure., • Ensure that all colleagues provide friendly, courteous and professional service at all times., • Supervise and train junior waiters on service standards, menu knowledge, and guest etiquette., • Provide detailed menu knowledge, including ingredients, preparation methods and styles of service. What we offer: Pay rate £12.75 per hour plus service charge (£15-£17ph average). Cash tips are yours to keep. The minimum 37-hour contract offered (more hours available - typical week 40-45 hours) Part-time is also possible however there are key shifts during our trading week when all staff should to be available (Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday) Paid weekly.
