This is a rare opportunity to leave a lasting mark on both the product and the business. What You'll Do Product Strategy & Roadmap ● Define and champion a compelling, customer-centric product vision with a clear focus on delivering self-serve capability within Enterprise clients and evolving PageSuite into a fully end-to-end SaaS solution ● Own the multi-horizon product roadmap, balancing near-term delivery with the long-term platform investments needed to achieve this vision ● Drive prioritisation decisions with rigour — bringing clarity and conviction to complex, competing demands ● Establish frameworks and rituals that raise the bar for product thinking and outcome measurement across the organisation Digital & Organisational Transformation ● Lead cross-functional transformation programmes that unlock new ways of working, accelerate delivery, and reduce organisational friction ● Identify structural and process inefficiencies; design and implement scalable solutions that stick ● Bring a change management mindset — ensuring transformation initiatives land with clarity, adoption, and lasting impact ● Champion a culture of continuous improvement, data-informed decision-making, and customer obsession Organisational Design & ROI ● Drive the outcomes of product and transformation in a way that enables new team structures to be deployed across the business — shifting focus toward customer experience and more streamlined ways of working ● Ensure transformation delivers measurable commercial value, with team design decisions rooted in maximising ROI and operational efficiency ● Partner with senior leadership to plan and sequence organisational change in a way that is sustainable, aligned to product maturity, and minimises disruption Stakeholder & Executive Alignment ● Act as a trusted strategic partner to the C-suite, translating business priorities into product and transformation agendas ● Build strong relationships across functions, creating alignment and shared ownership of outcomes ● Communicate progress, risks, and decisions to senior leadership with clarity and confidence ● Represent product and transformation perspectives in Senior Leadership conversations as needed What We're Looking For Experience ● 10+ years of progressive experience in product management, strategy, or transformation roles within a SaaS or technology business ● Proven track record of owning and delivering a complex product roadmap at scale ● Demonstrated success leading significant digital or organisational transformation initiatives ● Prior experience operating at or near VP level, influencing across a matrixed organisation ● Hands-on experience with AI Including evaluating AI opportunities, integrating AI capabilities into product, and deploying AI-driven workflows across an organisation Skills & Mindset ● Exceptional strategic thinking — able to zoom out to the big picture and zoom in to the details that matter ● Strong executive presence with the ability to influence without authority ● Deep understanding of SaaS business models, metrics, and growth levers ● Comfortable operating in ambiguity and driving clarity where it doesn't yet exist ● Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
