What You'll Be Doing Lead and inspire a team of 7, creating a motivated, high-performing kitchen culture Craft fresh, seasonal, nutritious meals for daily service and special military events Oversee full kitchen operations including stock control, ordering, and reducing food waste Champion food safety and compliance , ensuring the highest standards are met at all times Keep operations running smoothly , using your organisational skills to coordinate schedules and service Encourage creativity , fostering an environment where new ideas and culinary passion thrive About You You're a hands-on, experienced Head Chef who leads from the front and thrives in a busy, dynamic setting. You bring energy, professionalism, and a genuine love for good food and great teamwork.
