For a busy Italian pizza wine place in Covent Garden Piaza. Must be focussed, presentable and hardworking. It’s a nice small team and a pleasant customer environment so would suit a happy extrovert. Some experience necessary but full training given of our service, limited Italian menu and extensive wine list.

Effective time management abilities to prioritise tasks efficiently during busy shifts. Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary techniques is advantageous. Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated when required. Excellent communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members alike.
