Waitress/ waiter needed with flexible/ full time working hours for our lounge/ restaurant located in royal wharf. Canning Town, This is a position for someone who would love hospitality and want to grow a career in.

To provide excellent customer service by greeting, serving, and attending to customers in a friendly and efficient manner. You will ensure that all customers have a pleasant dining experience and that the café is clean, welcoming, and running smoothly.

We are looking for a experienced waiter/waitress for restaurant in Beckenham. Duties includes welcoming customers in a polite and friendly manner, answering question related to menu, delivering orders, processing payment, cleaning tables after customers Main responsibility is to ensure customers have enjoyable experience The restaurant is open, at the moment 7 days per week from98am to 22/23pm. So we need someone able to work within these hours. We offer accurate training, guaranteed 30 to 45 hours and 2 days off per week, free meal and drink when on duty, weekly payment which is net.

1. Responsibilities​ Customer Service​ Greet customers with a warm smile, escort them to tables. Anticipate customer needs, handle complaints well. Communication and Teamwork​ Coordinate with kitchen staff, relay customer requests. 2. Requirements​ Prior customer - facing experience, especially in hospitality, is helpful but not necessary.​ Strong verbal English communication skills. Multilingual ability is a plus. Available for flexible part - time hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
