You will learn a huge amount and add a skill to your CV. The candidate needs to be able to work well under pressure and have great team skills which will then help in assisting the team achieving a well organised day to day running of the smokehouse here in Hackney, East London. Here at Secret Smokehouse we have extremely high food safety standards with our EC number, the candidate must have a clear understanding offood saefty, cross contamination & personal hygiene - ideally Food Safety Level 2 [if not we provid training]. We supply the very best here in London from MIchelin Star chefs, top restaurant & hotel and we are therefore looking for the best people to join us on this journey. We're Sodo Pizza and we're hiring for a Head Pizza Chef to run our Hoxton pub pizzeria from Monday to Friday. The odd Saturday might be needed here and there but you'll always get your Sunday off (the pizzeria is closed). As well as making delicious pizzas, you'll need to be able to run the kitchen efficiently and smoothly while maintaining the highest levels of hygiene and cleanliness.
