Role Overview: We are currently on the look out for someone to freelance manage 2/3 pub instagrams for us. What we require is not ‘all singing, all dancing’ reels; but just someone who has decent design/aesthetic understanding and a none-cringe tone of voice, to consistently post on socials across the pubs. In our minds this is almost more suited to a graphic designer than a social media manager. As we need to trust the brand understanding more than analytics and going viral etc etc. I don’t want try hard reels. Just a neatly managed social posting calendar where myself (the owner) and the managers can send over content, plus maybe a little generated yourself also.
