Full-time Contract | 35–48 Hours per week We're looking for passionate and energetic Waiter/Waitress to join our Duck and Rice team in Battersea Power Station, helping us create memorable dining experiences. The Role As a Waiter/Waitress, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional hospitality and ensuring every guest has a memorable experience from the moment they arrive. You'll work closely with the wider Front of House team to provide friendly, attentive, and efficient service in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will: • Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service throughout their visit., • Take accurate food and beverage orders, making recommendations where appropriate., • Have complete knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and daily specials., • Ensure tables are well presented, clean, and maintained to a high standard throughout service., • Check in with guests regularly to ensure they are happy and well looked after., • Communicate effectively with the kitchen, bar, hosts, and wider FOH team to ensure smooth service., • Respond to guest questions, requests, and feedback with a positive and professional attitude., • Handle payments accurately and efficiently., • Assist with setting up and closing down the restaurant as required., • Support the wider FOH team during busy service periods., • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organisation, and presentation at all times., • Help create a warm, energetic, and welcoming atmosphere for every guest. We're looking for candidates who • Have at least 1–2 years' experience in a busy restaurant or hospitality environment., • Have a warm, friendly, and confident personality., • Are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and hospitality., • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills., • Are attentive to detail and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment., • Remain calm, professional, and positive under pressure., • Have a strong work ethic and a genuine willingness to learn and develop., • Work well as part of a team and are always willing to support colleagues., • Take pride in their appearance and maintain high standards of personal presentation., • Hold the legal right to work in the UK.
