Train and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance on cooking techniques and best practices. Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction. Skills: Strong culinary skills with extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines. Proven leadership abilities with experience in supervising kitchen teams effectively. Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Ability to create innovative dishes that enhance the restaurant's reputation for quality dining.
