Develop and oversee the preparation of new menu items, mix grill, burgers and others items in coordination with management while improving existing grill dishes to enhance customer satisfaction. Supervise and oversee the preparation of grilled dishes by junior chefs and cooks, ensuring consistency in taste, texture, and quality. Ensure freshness and quality of meats, vegetables, marinades, and other ingredients received from suppliers. Monitor cooking temperatures and techniques to ensure dishes are cooked to perfection while maintaining high standards. Train and guide junior chefs and kitchen staff in grilling techniques, food safety, and efficient kitchen operations. Maintain hygiene and safety standards, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and kitchen cleanliness protocols.

performing routine cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, dusting, emptying trash, cleaning bathrooms, and sanitizing surfaces within a designated area, working flexible hours on a part-time schedule, often requiring basic cleaning supplies and the ability to follow cleaning protocols while maintaining a high standard of hygiene. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES GENERAL CLEANING: Vacuuming carpets and floors Mopping hard floors Dusting furniture and surfaces Wiping down countertops and appliances Cleaning mirrors and glass surfaces Removing trash and debris BATHROOM CLEANING: Cleaning toilets, sinks, and bathtubs Restocking bathroom supplies (toilet paper, hand soap) Disinfecting surfaces KITCHEN CLEANING: Cleaning countertops and sinks Wiping down appliances Cleaning floors and sweeping debris Washing dishes (if applicable) Other tasks may include: Spot cleaning spills and stains Maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies Reporting any maintenance issues to management Adhering to safety protocols and proper chemical handling Essential skills and qualifications: Attention to detail and ability to maintain a high standard of cleanliness Physical ability to perform repetitive cleaning tasks Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper usage Ability to work independently and follow cleaning schedules Reliable and punctual with availability to work flexible hours

1.Prepare and cook a range of Indian dishes ( more specifically South Indian ) as set out in the restaruent menu 2.Prepare delicious, hygienic and healthy food according to the business principles 3.Introduce an existing dish of the month at the beginning of every month to keep customers interested 4.To make sure the food supply is sourced properly and used resourcefully 5.Ensure that food items are rotated properly in fridge and FIFO is followed as per HACCP guidelines and make sure it is strictly followed. 6.Help business manager to achieve the restaurants budgeted food costs 7.Carry out month end food stock taking 8.Manage day to day- ordering of food for a section in line with the UK purchasing guidelines. 9.Ensure food prepared is of highest possible standards 10.Controlling portion sizes in accordance with food specifications.
