Senior FP&A Manager - Entertainment & Sports \n Drive Performance. Shape Strategy. Influence Growth. \n We are partnering with a leading international business within the Entertainment & Sports industry to recruit a commercially focused Senior FP&A Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced finance professional to play a key role in driving business performance, influencing strategic decision-making, and supporting continued international growth. \n Working closely with senior leadership, you will own the financial planning cycle, deliver meaningful commercial insights, and provide high-quality financial analysis across a dynamic and fast-paced business. \n The Role Financial Planning and Analysis\n\n • Own the full FP&A cycle including annual budgets, semi-annual reforecasts, long-range plans, and monthly management reporting\n, • Produce management reporting packs for executive leadership including P&L analysis, bridges, new business pipeline, and KPI tracking\n, • Drive variance analysis against budget / reforecast and prior year, with clear narrative for senior stakeholders\n, • Ensure consistent, accurate, and timely reporting into group finance and executive leadership, including the management of dashboards\n, • Improve forecast reliability through better processes, stakeholder alignment, and data-driven modelling\n\n Commercial and Strategic Partnering \n\n • Serve as primary finance business partner to CAA International business leaders, providing insight and strategic support\n, • Partner with senior leadership and commercial teams on new deal pipeline progress and client- level profitability analysis\n, • Serve as the CAA International lead for compensation expense data and analytics, providing critical metrics and strategic insights to senior leadership and business partners\n, • Support M&A evaluation and post-acquisition performance management where required\n\n Competencies \n\n • Commercially-minded with the ability to connect financial analysis to business strategy\n, • Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders\n, • High attention to detail; rigorous in modelling and reporting accuracy\n, • Strong written communication skills - able to produce clear, well-structured memos, reports, and briefing documents for senior audiences\n, • Comfortable operating with ambiguity and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment\n, • Collaborative with a track record of building trusted relationships with non-finance stakeholders\n, • Ability to oversee the maintenance and enhancement of reporting infrastructure, dashboards, and analytical tools (including via platforms such as Power BI, Workday, SAP, and Adaptive)\n\n QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS \n\n • 15+ years of progressive experience in financial planning & analysis, business analytics, or related finance functions\n, • Demonstrated ability to consolidate and analyse complex data across multiple systems and organisational structures\n, • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking capabilities\n, • Executive-level communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders\n, • Ability to manage commercially-sensitive and highly-confidential information with discretion and professionalism\n, • Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint and executive presentation skills\n\n \n Handle actively welcomes applicants from under-represented backgrounds - we pride ourselves on attracting the best talent for every opportunity through a commitment to equality, diversity and inclusion.
