As a Chef de Partie, you will be serving a European brasserie-style menu from breakfast to dinner in our vibrant and busy modern kitchen made up of 35 brilliant chefs from a range of backgrounds. Larch Restaurant, located on the street level within Sky Garden, is a charming casual Italian eatery that brings the best of traditional Italian cuisine to the table. With a menu filled with classic dishes like delicious pastas, pizzas, creamy risottos, flavourful fish and meat dishes, Larch Restaurant is a go-to spot for those seeking an authentic taste of Italy.
