We’re looking for confident, calm, and fast Chefs to join our kitchen team at Ria’s. At Ria’s, we’re all about deep-pan pizza, natural wine, and genuine hospitality in neighbourhood spaces that feel like home. This is a great opportunity if you love kitchen, enjoy working as part of a team in a fast paced service environment What you’ll do • Prepare pizzas, sauces, and toppings according to recipes, • Baking our signature Detroit style pizza’s, • Managing and at times leading on busy services, • Communicating closely with FOH management during services, • Work closely with our Head Chef as part of a small, but creative team, • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, • Support on dishwashing where required, • Ensure that the kitchen meets food safety and hygiene standards, • Running efficient and busy services What we’re looking for • 1-3 years experience in restaurants, but for anyone keen to learn just click apply, • Can-do attitude, • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain focus under pressure, • Good communication and teamwork skills, • Excited about working in a start-up environment and having opportunities to make an impact from the beginning Perks & Benefits • £16–£19 per hour incl. tronc, • 28 days holiday + public holidays (pro-rata), • 28 days holiday + public holidays, • Have a clear progression plan, opportunities for career progression in a diverse and growing organisation with ambitions, • Free staff food, endless pizza and cost price wine
