Assist in training and mentoring new kitchen staff as needed. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of professional culinary experience, preferably in a fine dining or members club environment. Strong knowledge of French cuisine and cooking techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a small kitchen with a small team. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong leadership abilities and the ability to work under pressure. Passion for food and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences. Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
