Manage and progress sales/lettings through to completion. Generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking. Maintain accurate records using Jet software. Meet and exceed individual and team sales/lettings targets. Requirements Proven experience in real estate sales/lettings, customer service, or a similar role. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Strong sales ability with a target-driven mindset. Knowledge of local property market (preferred). Professional, confident, and personable approach.
