Key Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and guide them through the menu, including food, drinks, and shisha options Take accurate orders and deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner Provide knowledgeable recommendations and upsell where appropriate Ensure tables are clean, well-maintained, and properly set throughout service Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and shisha staff to ensure smooth service Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues with a positive attitude Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable work environment at all times Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant, lounge, or hospitality environment preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Friendly, energetic, and professional attitude Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment A good understanding or willingness to learn about shisha and related services Flexibility to work evenings, weekends.
