Job Overview We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Chinese Speciality Chef to join our catering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing outstanding authentic Chinese food, using the finest and freshest ingredients and traditional cooking techniques, while supporting the smooth daily operation of the kitchen, in this highly prestigious contract in Essex. Key Responsibilities 1. Possess an exceptional drive for quality for Hospitality events, 2. Maintain high standards of food hygiene, food safety, HS and COSHH, 3. Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, 4. Follow recipes and presentation specifications, 5. Order and maintain stock from all the suppliers including vegetables/disposables/dry stock, etc., 6.
