Greeting and seats customers, takes food and drink orders, and serves them promptly. They maintain a clean dining area and ensure excellent customer service. Payment processing and handling customer concerns are also key tasks.

Waiter/waitress responsibility includes greeting and serving customers, providing details of information on menus multi tasking various front of the house duties and collecting the bill.
