The Head Chef is responsible for leading ROP Banhmi’s Vietnamese kitchen operation and ensuring that every service delivers consistent food quality, safety, organisation and efficiency. The role combines hands-on cooking with team leadership, stock and cost control, food safety ownership and close coordination with FOH and management.
