Located in a new cultural district close to The London Stadium in the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, Stratford. The restaurant will offer a menu of predominantly creative small plates with extensive wine by the glass and a short cocktail list. The ideal candidate will have a passion for European cuisine, a strong background in high-quality, seasonal cooking, and the ability to work well within a kitchen team. Independent sourdough pizza restaurant looking for a leader in the kitchen. Development of menu items and specials, both pizzas and sides, a key part of the role. Some pastry skills would be useful. We work directly with producers and farmers and are keen to maximise these relationship on a seasonality basis. Pizza making ability would be useful but not essential for a motivated, skilled and creative chef candidate who wants to master a new skill.
