Job Title: Retail Insight Specialist

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Retail Insight Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will act as a day-to-day shopper, visiting various retail stores to purchase items funded by the company. Your task will be to leave comprehensive reviews on the products you buy, assessing quality, pricing, availability, and overall shopping experience. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute valuable insights that shape retail strategies. Responsibilities: - Visit retail stores regularly as a typical shopper to purchase designated items funded by the company. - Evaluate product quality, customer service, store ambiance, and overall shopping experience. - Provide detailed, objective feedback on each item purchased, including its usability, value, and quality. - Complete and submit reviews and reports promptly, following provided guidelines. - Ensure confidentiality and act as an impartial consumer during store visits. - Meet deadlines for product reviews and reporting as assigned.
Requirements: - Must be 18+ years old. - Must have lived at your current address for a minimum of 3 years. - Strong attention to detail and ability to provide clear, unbiased feedback. - Excellent written communication skills to deliver thorough and actionable reviews. - Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines. - Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision. - A passion for retail and consumer products.
