The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the delivery of major mechanical packages across diverse construction projects. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative organisation known for its quality, reliability, and commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage all mechanical aspects of projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to the highest standards, • Attend project start-up meetings, • Collate and manage technical submittals, • Oversee labour management, • Prepare and update weekly progress reports, managing any changes or variations, • Liaise with main contractors, subcontractors, and client site teams to ensure smooth project delivery, • Coordinate procurement, delivery, and installation of all mechanical plant and equipment, • Ensure materials and resources are available to meet project timelines, • Implement and manage construction and commissioning programmes, • Oversee handover documentation and maintain the project document management system, • Attend site and subcontractor meetings, ensuring all actions are completed, • Identify and communicate any project innovations or improvementsQualifications & Experience:, • Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager or in a similar leadership role., • Demonstrated success in delivering large-scale building services projects., • Qualification in Construction or Project Management (preferred)., • Strong people management and team supervision experience., • Excellent communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills.Benefits:, • Competitive salary and benefits package., • Professional development and career progression support., • Employee Assistance Programme., • Health and wellness initiatives., • Inclusive, supportive, and collaborative working environment.If this sounds like the role for you, then 'apply now' # 4739935
