Monday -Friday handling all administrative responsibilities such as : Manage emails, letters, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence. Support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for the company. managing day-to-day office operations, coordinating administrative tasks, and ensuring the office runs smoothly.

We are currently seeking an individual to join our team for administrative work at our office located in Hayes. We are looking for a candidate who possesses at least one year of experience in an administrative role in the UK. The responsibilities for this position include Answers phone calls, schedules meetings and supports visitors. Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
