In return you will receive a competitive base salary up to £38,000 per annum plus a generous bonus and excellent benefits! What will I be doing? • Dealing with all elements of management, including both kitchen and operations., • Supervising staff performance across all levels., • Reviewing periodic reports and adjusting operations to meet company KPIs., • Keeping your team motivated whilst bringing a great energy!, • Working with our marketing team to bring new business in and establish the shop in its location.
