WHAT WE LOOK FOR: We are looking for an experienced (minimum 1 year in similar role) and ambitious Junior Sous Chef. The right candidate has a passion for leading a team through guidance and training. You should have passion for food and showcasing great ingredients. This is a Production based role, you will be supporting the Head and Sous Chef.
