Job Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales department through efficient administration, maintaining excellent communication with clients, and ensuring smooth operational workflows. Duties • Manage and update customer information using CRM software to ensure data accuracy and integrity., • Coordinate sales activities, including scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and order processing., • Generate future leads via phone calls/emails, • Assist in the preparation of quotations and sales proposals in collaboration with the sales team., • Handle incoming/outgoing enquiries via phone, email with professionalism and courtesy., • Support the sales team with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management., • Maintain organised records of sales transactions and client communications for future reference., • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential., • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively., • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal., • Proven administrative experience within a sales environment or similar role., • Good IT literacy with the ability to adapt to new software tools quickly., • Exceptional time management skills to prioritise workload efficiently., • Customer service orientation with a professional attitude at all times., • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
